Ford (F) Motor Company - An American Comeback story
An American car company worthy of investing your hard earned money in? Not many of these stories in recent memories. Everywhere you turn, another American car company is in trouble and unable to compete with the Japanese and European. Finally, I think Ford has hit the right formula. Why? Well, just drop by your local Ford dealership. For the the longest time in recent memory, Ford is producing cars and trucks that's appealing. This makes Ford once again a contender. While Ford shares have risen almost 300% since its all time low, the momentum should continue as they continue to produce decent looking sedans with excellent MPG. Moreover, the Chinese appears to love American cars and demand there continues to grow. Continued growth in China should help Ford (F). My prediction is Ford should hit $20 by end of 2010 if the economic conditions continues to improve. Trading in the low teens, there are opportunities to still get in and hold for the long term.
